1. Product Terms & Conditions

- Colors may vary slightly as a result of different settings of the users' display (for example: contrast or brightness). 

- The colors of the items displayed online are photographed as accurately as possible to the colors of the actual items.

- Colors of the products might bleed. (Avoid soaking. Washing of the purchased item/s separately is recommended for the first wash.)

- The measurements of the products may vary approximately 1 inch.

- All items are brand new and checked before posting out, exchange policies are applicable only if items sent out are defective and will be based on case by case basis.

- There will be no refunds; only one to one exchange of items is available.

- Items upon arrival should immediately be checked for defects prior to washing.


2. Exchange Policies

Items returned for exchange must be brand new and not washed or worn.

Upon receival of the parcel, there will be a 7 day window period for notification of exchange due to defects of item. Any notification received after this period will be disregarded.

 

Kindly email any notifications of exchange to secretaffaire.label@gmail.com with the following format:

Subject: Exchange Form: "Item Code/Name"

Include the following:

1. Your Name

2. Preferred Email Address to reply to

3. Item Code and Name

4. Details of the item defect, accompanied with pictures of the defect

**Exchange is based on case to case basis.

 

In the unfortunate even that the item purchased is sold out, other items of the same value can be selected for exchange.

 

All approved exchange items will receive an invoice containing the address to return the item, and postage will be covered by Secret Affaire.

 

In an event that the item send back does not match the defects mentioned in the notification, the cost of postage for returning and sending of the item back will be borne solely by the customer
